Missing spare parts

Firstly, you can contact the retailer where you purchased the product. They may have the part you need in stock or be able to order it for you.
Secondly, you can contact the distributor of Lascal products in your country. You can find a list of distributors at www.lascal.net. The distributor may have the spare part you need or may be able to order it for you.
If the above options are not available, you can also contact Lascal Ltd in Hong Kong directly by emailing support@lascal.net. When contacting any of these sources, attach a clear picture or video of the spare part that needs replacing. Additionally, provide the product's name, individual serial number, and address, including your country. Don't let a missing spare part ruin your Lascal product experience. Contact the appropriate source and return to enjoying your Lascal product as soon as possible.
